李铁柱 ,男,1978年11月生，博士学历学位，吉林省农业科学院农产品加工研究所，四级研究员。2008年毕业于吉林大学食品科学专业，获工学博士学位，同年到吉林省农业科学院农产品加工研究所工作，现任吉林省农业科学院农产品加工研究所，四级研究员。

1、吉林省低过敏花生原料筛选及产品研发，吉林省农业科技创新工程创新团队项目，2021-2023，经费30万元  

2、罐装食品中双酚类物质荧光偏振检测技术研究及试剂盒开发，吉林省科技厅重点研发计划， 2018-2020，经费100万元  

3、基于受体识别的白酒中塑化剂多残留荧光偏振检测方法研究，国家自然科学基金，2017-2019，经费25万元
